Item Replacing
At Ajfan, we strive to provide the best customer service and satisfaction. We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders in perfect condition and take great pride in ensuring that all orders are packed and shipped with utmost care. However, if you have received a damaged item, we are here to help.
We offer two options to replace the damaged item:
1. Ajfan Warehouse/Store Replacement:
We offer a replacement of the damaged item through our warehouse/store. All you have to do is raise a complaint to our customer care team through WhatsApp or mail (70349 00009 / customercare@ajfan.in) within 24 hours of receiving the item. Our team will then arrange for a replacement of the item.
2. Store Visit:
The customer care team helps to replace the product, you can also visit the nearest Ajfan store to replace the damaged item. Our store staff will be happy to assist you in replacing the item.

Note: This Policy some sometimes not Applicable due to the season Time. We understand that due to the season, some items may not be available for replacement.
