Delivery Policy

ADN_OD_001: Order Processing Timing:

Customer Order Timing Policy:

- Orders can be processed between Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on  Sunday from 10:00 am to 3.00 pm.

- This policy applies to both same- and 3- to 4-day delivery services.

ADN_OD_002: Delivery Location and Timing:

Delivery Location and Timing Policy:

- Upon order placement, the Ajfan E-com team ensures delivery under the following policies:

- For locations within 10km: Expect delivery within 2 to 5 hours for same-day deliver

 - For locations beyond 10km: Packages will be dispatched from our Bangalore warehouse and delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

 

Rewritten ADN_OD_003: Customer Direct Collection:

Customer Direct Collection Policy:

- Customer Direct Collection includes two types of delivery options:

   1. Update Pickup

   2. Emergency Pickup

1. Update Pickup:
 

- Customers have the flexibility to choose where they collect their package from, either the store or have it delivered by Ajfan.

- After placing an order, customers are required to contact customer care via WhatsApp or email (70349 00009 or customercare@ajfan.in) using the following format:

   - Name:

   - Contact Number:

   - Email ID:

   - Order ID:

   - Preferred Branch for Collection:

2. Emergency Pickup:

- For urgent same-day or emergency delivery requirements, customers can collect their package from the nearest store.

- Once assigned by the Ajfan Ecom team, if the customer has paid the delivery charges, the charges will be refunded upon customer request. For confirmation of the refund, please refer to the refund policy.

ADN_OD_004: Same Day Delivery Policy:

- Orders are processed based on the guidelines outlined in ADN_OD_001.

- Same-day delivery entails two delivery methods:
     1. Store Delivery

    2. Third-party Delivery

- Deliveries are scheduled to be completed by the end of the same day.

ADN_OD_005: Express Delivery
 

- Orders are processed following the criteria specified in ADN_OD_001.

- Dispatch of orders occurs by the end of the day.

- Delivery times range from 3 to 4 working days, with possible extensions to 7 days for remote locations.

- Customers are informed of any potential delays and efforts are made to expedite delivery.

  ADN_OD_006: Second Delivery for reattempt  Delivery :

Second Delivery - Same Day Delivery:
 

- If initial delivery attempts fail due to unavailability, the package will be returned to the store.

- For subsequent delivery attempts, customers are required to pay delivery charges if not already paid.

Second Delivery for Stand / Express Delivery
 

- In the event of failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the store.

- Subsequent delivery attempts require customers to pay delivery charges unless already paid.
