Cancellation Policy:

First Level Cancellation:
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it on Ajfan.store. To cancel the order, customers need to raise a query with our customer care through registered Whatsapp/email (70349 00009 / customercare@ajfan.in) and provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Registered number/email ID
- Reason for the cancellation
Customer care will check and update you on the cancellation. You will receive a full refund within 24 hours.
Second Level Cancellation:
If you raise a query for cancellation after the dispatch, delivery charges will be debited from your account. Delivery charges will be based on market prices (sending and returning charges). Customers will receive a full refund within 3 working days.
Third Level Cancellation:
If you do not want to accept the package on the doorstep, delivery charges will be debited from your account. Delivery charges will be based on market prices (sending and returning charges) and transaction charges will be chargeable. Customer care will check and update you on the cancellation. You will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
